New patented tumbler cleaning systems for casting trees — Eurografite HRT VT5 and VT15

At JCK 2025, we proudly introduced our new patented tumbler cleaning systems for casting trees — the HRT VT5 and VT15. These horizontal tumblers feature innovative dual-action technology, combining vibratory polishing through an oscillating magnetic field with mechanical rotation. This unique system efficiently cleans and polishes both vacuum casting trees and loose materials in a single cycle.

Designed with productivity in mind, the removable horizontal cylinder significantly reduces working time and lowers the amount of cleaner required compared to traditional tumblers. The user-friendly interface makes programming straightforward, while loading and unloading operations are quick and easy. The process takes place inside a horizontal chamber containing water, detergent, and magnetic needles, ensuring precise and consistent results.
