T-BARMASTER POWER LOOP is the new revolu-tionary compact induction tunnel furnace for the continuous production of high-quality gold and silver ingots from 1 oz to 400 oz. This new version of our best-selling T-Barmaster furnace is designed for companies with special space requirements. Its special closed-loop-shape dra-matically reduces the dimensions of the furnace, which doesn’t need the Conveyor Belts nor the Conveyor Chain to transport the ingots.
Same performance as standard models (T-Bar-master One, 400 and 1000) with a smaller fo-otprint.

The “Spaceless” concept is geared towards ma-ximum optimisation of our tunnel furnace. Less space occupied, less consumption, optimum performance. To achieve this, we decided to eli-minate spacers and rethink the entire design of our T-Barmaster.

THE SPACELESS CONCEPT FOR GOOD DELIVERY BARS
THIS SYSTEM CONSISTS OF 2 MAIN SECTIONS:
1)Induction tilting furnace: for melting refined metal in crystals, powder or grain form equipped with an automatic lifting and tilting system.
2)Spaceless Good Delivery: automatic tunnel furnace for dosing, homogenizing, solidifying and cooling ingots in standard Good Delivery of the hi-ghest quality.
CONVEYOR BELTS
Normally the operator is continuously needed to handle the entire ingots production process. Conversely by means of the Conveyor Belts he only has to load the ingoing belt with molds full of precious metal and then he may go to other jobs. At the end o the production cycle, the machine will give a distinctly audible alarm. The operator can then remove the ingots from their molds coming out from the tunnel furnace.
PICH VALVES, A PATENTED SOLUTION
Our patented pneumatic Pinch Valve technology – installed at both sides of the tunnel – is vital to make the inner atmosphere completely inert and to dramatically reduce the nitrogen consumption of the machine. They guarantee the absence of oxygen inside the tunnel. This prevents consumables deterioration due to oxidation and makes them more durable.
CONVEYOR CHAIN
Using the Conveyor Chain™ and the Conveyor Belts™ together allows the creation of a continuous cycle of the ingots going in and out of the furnace.
T-COOLING KIT
Emergency-auxiliary cooling system that automatically operates in case of an electrical black-out.

OXYGEN DETECTOR
This sensor monitors the percentage of oxygen inside the melting chamber. The operator can monitor the parameters directly on the control touch- screen. Thanks to the this accessory, in the event of an oxygen levels anomaly inside the melting chamber, it is possible to promptly find and solve its cause.
T-NITRO
HIGH PURITY NITROGEN GAS GENERATOR
Our T-Nitro, specifically designed for the tunnel furnace electromagnetic fields, guarantees a
continuous production of pure nitrogen (up to 99,999%) of top quality, perfectly filtered and dehydrated. This means that you can use T-Nitro not only for the tunnel furnace, but also for other
departments in your factory where nitrogen gas is required (annealing, protection during brazing, cutting and welding etc.).

COOLING SYSTEM
The managing of cooling water is essential for achieving a high quality result. The critical phase of precious metals bars solidification must be fully controlled, and it is very important to have a constant flow of chilled water. We are able to supply with Chillers of the biggest brands, guaranteeing reliability and safety.
