MJ-02-C13

MJ-02-C13 is Masterix’s high-performance double station injector.
It is equipped with alluminium tank (capacity 4,5 kg), two injection system by piston of 25 cm³, two 7” touch screen, RFID reader and writer (optional), two self centering clamp and one pump Vap 14 of 4,6 m³/h included.

MJ-02-C13A will make a vacuum inside the mould, removing humidity and preventing the formation of microbubbles inside and over wax models surface.

MI-03 Masterinject smart

MI-03 is Masterix’s powerful fully automatic injector.

MI-03 is a fully automatic wax injector for one operator.  It is equipped with an alluminium tank (4,5 kgs capacity), a 25cm³ injection system, a 7” industrial touch screen , an RFID reader and writer, an autocentering clamp (dim. 100x100x50 mm), an automatic mould loader and unloader (dim. 100×100 mm), a mould cooling system and a 4,6m³ VAP 14 Pump Included

MI-03+ Masterinject plus

MI-03⁺ is the enhanced version od MI-03.
MI-03 ⁺ is a fully automatic  machine for one or two operator. It is equipped with a 4,5 kgs aluminium tank, a 25 cm³ injection system, a 7” industrial  touch screen display, an RFID reader and writer, an autocentering clamp (dim. 150x130x55 mm), an automatic mould loader and unloader (dim. 150×130 mm), an integrated mould cooling system and  8 m³/h VAP 18 pump included.

Produced in our Masterix factory with high-tech machines, the six types of the Masterwax line have unique characteristics that can be suited to achieve specific results for different types of production.

You can order our waxes in the following formats:

(MOQ) Mininum Order Quantity – 5 Kg and only multiples of 5

ES: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 …. ∞ Kg.

The waxes in Masterwax range are easily recognizable thanks to the teardrop-shaped design. Only Masterix waxes have this shape in order to make them recognizable at first sight!

The design has been registered, protecting the consumer from unconsciously buying waxes that are not our own production but sold as such.

UNIVERSAL MASTERIX BLU

Universal Masterix Blu was designed to be  extremely versatile. It is suitable for filigreed objects – because of its fluidity, elasticity and menchanical resistance – and for massive objects, because of its low shrinkage.

Thanks to its versatility, Universal Masterix Blue keeps over time its memory, flexibility, menchanical resistance, which allow its extensive use. As a completely calcinable wax , this wax doesn’t leave any residue after the fusion. Operating temperature – thin models 80°C Massive models 70° C Standard models 78°C

MASSIVE GREEN

Low Shrinkage and high viscosity wax.
This wax allows to make massive objects with well defined details, with no air bubbles inside.
Its formula allows to work at low temperatures, which lowers moulds cooling times.

EXTRA FLUID RED

Extremely fluid wax, designed for big size filigrees with 0.2mm thickness .
Thanks to its fluidity, this wax flows and perfectly fills all of the moulds cavities even at low temperatures. Being a flexible, high and resistent wax, extraction from moulds is eased; Deformations and breakings are avoided. Extra fluid red offers high performance during the calcination process.

DARK DIAMOND

Good memory, rigidity, hardness, flexibility, breaking strenght  : Dark Diamond has all the necessary features for a perfect setting.
The injected objects characteristics are highlighted by Dark Diamond dark colour, resulting in an excellent resolution and definition of details and angles.

IDROWAX

The production with Idrowax offers many benefits compared to 3D printers resins, the most important of which is definetly the chance to produce large quantities of inside-hollow pieces in a very short time at low prices.

Nowadays this solution represents the best possible choice in the jewelry field, when it comes to producing inside-hollow pieces.

SPRUE WAX

Sprue Wax was designed for making sprues.
It has a low melting temperature, high fluidity and a low viscosity that allow a super fast outflow from the chalk cylinder during the fusion.

Sprue Wax is a rathe hard and durable wax that does not blend during the pieces welding.

MASTER-ONE TURQUOISE

This new wax was designed and produced both for flat pieces, which require low shrinkage, and for large and medium-sized pieces, given that it solidifies in a very short time, thus increasing production; despite the operating temperature of 78°C. It has a high hardness which facilitates the extraction of the mold of the wax pieces, it has a good memory and maintains its flexibility and resistance over time, allowing wide use. it is completely castable, it leaves no residue after casting. Operating temperature – Medium Models 78°C
